Do Insane Fitness offer childcare while I’m in class?

At this time, Insane Fitness do not provide childcare for members.

What is the minimum age to take Insane Fitness classes?

The minimum age to attend class is 13 years old. Kids ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to first class.

What kind of exercise is kickboxing?

Kickboxing is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training. It involves punches and kicks against a heavy bag, engaging every muscle group and boosting your heart rate.

Can kickboxing help with my weight loss?

Kickboxing is an excellent addition to a wellness routine, supporting health and fitness goals. Whether you aim to lose weight, gain strength, or adopt healthier habits, Insane Fitness classes are a fantastic choice.

Is kickboxing a good workout for women?

Absolutely! Kickboxing is highly effective for both women and men. It enhances hand-eye coordination, posture, and endurance while also offering mental benefits. It helps relieve stress and boosts endorphins.

What is cardio kickboxing?

Our unique kickboxing sessions blend dynamic cardio with strength-building moves, all without the need for a sparring partner. Master the technique of diverse punches and kicks and integrate them into powerful, full-body workouts. It's an ideal choice for those wanting to invigorate their workout regimen or embark on a fresh fitness journey!

How many people are in a class?

Class sizes typically range from 15-30 people, but you might find smaller, more intimate classes of 5-10. As class sizes increase, we add instructors to ensure personalized coaching.

How many classes per week should I attend?

We generally recommend attending 3-4 classes per week, but individual needs vary. Speak with an instructor about your goals for personalized guidance.

How long are the classes?

Our standard class, called Total Knock Out, lasts 45 minutes.

First Class

What can I expect as a beginner in kickboxing?

First-time fighters, relax—our classes will guide you through all the essential moves. Our instructors will help you get comfortable with every punch and kick, providing a fun, high-energy workout. They're skilled at teaching all fitness levels and will ensure you leave feeling confident and ready for your next session.

Will there be other beginners in my class?

Definitely! Everyone starts somewhere at Insane Fitness, and experienced members are always eager to help newcomers.

Should I get in “better shape” before my first class?

No need! Kickboxing doesn't require a specific fitness level to start. Our classes are designed for you to train at your own pace while challenging yourself. Consistent attendance will boost your endurance and confidence. The workouts won't necessarily get easier—you'll just keep improving!

What should I bring to my first class?

Bring your inner fighter! Also, consider bringing a water bottle, sweat towel, and a lock if you want to secure valuables in a locker. We work out barefoot or in non-slip socks, as shoes aren't worn in class.

Do I need my own gear or can I borrow from the studio?

You can rent or borrow gloves and wraps from the studio, or purchase your own. Contact us for more information on gear availability and deals.
