The minimum age to attend class is 13 years old. Kids ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to first class.

Class sizes typically range from 15-30 people, but you might find smaller, more intimate classes of 5-10. As class sizes increase, we add instructors to ensure personalized coaching.
We generally recommend attending 3-4 classes per week, but individual needs vary. Speak with an instructor about your goals for personalized guidance.
Our standard class, called Total Knock Out, lasts 45 minutes.

No need! Kickboxing doesn't require a specific fitness level to start. Our classes are designed for you to train at your own pace while challenging yourself. Consistent attendance will boost your endurance and confidence. The workouts won't necessarily get easier—you'll just keep improving!
Bring your inner fighter! Also, consider bringing a water bottle, sweat towel, and a lock if you want to secure valuables in a locker. We work out barefoot or in non-slip socks, as shoes aren't worn in class.
